Its name alone is enough to invoke shivers down the spine of many a hill walker, and in this video we take on the infamous Aonach Eagach ridge traverse, the longest and narrowest on mainland Britain, to see if the reality lives up to the legend.

The Aonach Eagach ridge is a serious grade 2 scramble.The ridge is long, committing and extremeley exposed. Good weather, appropriate footwear and scrambling experience are required.
